Privacy Policy

Your information and your choices.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Information we collect

When you create an account, contact us, subscribe to updates or place an order, we collect the details you provide. These can include your name, business name, email, phone number, billing or shipping address, messages and order history. Our servers may also record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs for operation and security.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and protect the service, manage accounts and subscriptions, process orders, respond to questions and send service-related messages. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send company news and offers. You can contact us to stop receiving promotional emails.

Payments and service providers

PayPal handles payments through the checkout integration. Payment processing may require sharing your order and billing details with PayPal. We retain order records, payment status and transaction references to manage your purchases. Hosting, email, security and other providers may process information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell or rent your personal information for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential functions. Session cookies support sign-in and security. Other cookies remember your requested language preference and shopping cart. The site uses im_language, the legacy interactive-menus.com language cookie, im_cart_v2 and ASP session cookies where applicable. Queue features use browser storage for pairing staff tablets and remembering ticket receipts. These technologies can contain identifiers linked to an account or a ticket; essential does not mean anonymous.

Your cookie choice. We store your accept/reject preference in im_cookie_consent for 180 days. This contains the choice, policy version and time of the choice, not your name or email. You can reject optional analytics while continuing to use the site. Blocking all cookies in your browser may prevent sign-in or checkout from working.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, we load Google Analytics on public information and product pages to understand visits and website usage. It may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and sessions. We do not load it on account, checkout or design-studio pages. It is off until you accept optional cookies; advertising consent remains off. URL query strings are excluded from the page addresses we configure for analytics.

You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting after acceptance disables further analytics collection through our tag and removes its accessible first-party analytics cookies. This does not erase information previously received by Google. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, optional analytics stays off. See Google’s privacy policy.

Security checks, external content and links

Contact and FAQ forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. Payment tools, fonts loaded from Google, and social, video or other content you choose to use may contact their providers and disclose technical information such as your IP address. These services have their own privacy practices; accepting or rejecting our optional Analytics does not control every third-party service. For reCAPTCHA, see Google Privacy and Terms. External shopping links, including Amazon, take you to websites with their own policies.

Customer content and queues

When a business uses our design studio or customer queue service, we store the content and information submitted to operate those features. Queue records can include customer names, ticket numbers, attendance status and assigned staff or counter. The business chooses whether a public screen shows initials, first names, full names or numbers only. Customers should contact that business about its handling of their queue information. Staff pairing credentials should be kept private.

Retention, security and your requests

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. We use safeguards appropriate to the service, but no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private.

You can update account details in My Account. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or ask about other rights available under applicable law, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records where required or permitted by law. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
